Payment
Payment is due at the time of purchase for all treatments and treatment packages.

Refunds
Treatment packages are purchased at a discounted rate and are non-refundable once purchased, except where required by California law.

Scheduling
Appointments are subject to availability. Clients are responsible for scheduling their treatments. We encourage treatments to be completed within 12 months of purchase to support the best therapeutic results.

Cancellation Policy
A minimum of 24 hours' notice is required to cancel or reschedule an appointment. Appointments canceled with less than 24 hours' notice or missed without notice may be deducted from the package at the therapist's discretion.

Unused Packages
If a package remains unused for an extended period, the practice reserves the right to contact the client regarding scheduling. The package remains available in accordance with this policy.

Medical Considerations
If a client develops a medical condition that prevents treatment, please contact the office to discuss available options.
